About

Carbonfay is an engineering company. We build AI as infrastructure: enterprise automation systems, multi-agent workflows and the platform runtime they run on in production.

What we do

We design and operate AI systems that have contracts, observability and predictable economics. That means for any answer the system gives you can reconstruct why it gave it; that cost and latency are known in advance rather than discovered from an invoice; and that a human works on hard cases by an explicit rule. This is engineering work, not a demonstration of model capabilities.

Open platform

DBCV is our strategic asset: an open-source platform for orchestrating AI workflows. Token-cost-aware routing, hybrid model networks, a visual workflow editor, enterprise integrations. It is also the basis of our research and teaching labs.

Research and education

Engineering analyses, benchmarks and practical AI engineering labs built on DBCV — including in partnership with universities. We publish what we learned in practice, not text written for search rankings.

What we are not

We are not a web studio, a digital agency, a CRM integrator or a vendor of wrappers around someone else’s model. If the task reduces to “bolt a chat onto a website”, that is not us. If you need a system you can trust with operations and still debug a year later, that is our work.
