Straight answers

Does the agent replace a salesperson?
No. The agent removes the top-of-funnel routine — parsing the lead, qualification, filling the CRM and drafting the first reply. The decision and negotiation stay with the human. The manager gets a qualified lead with a filled record, not a raw message.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Those with an API: Bitrix24, amoCRM, custom systems. The agent works through your contracts — it creates and updates deals, assigns tasks, writes to the record. Without CRM integration it would just be a chat, not an agent.
Where does enrichment data come from?
