Contract engineering
The Bafsy platform
A corporate constructor for digital communications: visual assembly of engagement tools (BOX) and a customer-data platform (CDP) — launch mechanics with no developers on the client side.
Context
Sites and services keep getting more complex — and so do the tools to build and ship them. Companies spend a lot of time and money on this.
Problem
Provide a visual constructor that lets marketing launch engagement tools without a designer or developer, plus a single customer-data store underneath.
Architecture
Bafsy is a communications constructor. The BOX module is a marketplace of engagement and gamification widgets: added with a single snippet or QR tag and toggled on/off from a dashboard. The CDP module collects and unifies the consumer profile (personal, anonymous and transactional data) with deduplication across identifiers and digital fingerprints.
Integrations
Data collection from sites, chatbots, social networks, ad accounts, mailing services, CRMs, mobile apps and analytics; activation via Email, SMS, Push and ad accounts.
Results
Engagement mechanics launch with no development on the client side; a unified consumer profile is ready for segmentation and cross-channel activation.
The product today
Bafsy is a live promo-campaign launch platform: receipt- and code-based promos, contests and gamification on the PromoKit engine. More on the Bafsy product page and at bafsy.com .
Closest in our current practice
A flow constructor + a unified data platform is platform engineering: infrastructure that includes process automation for launching communications without a developer on the client side.
