The EDK platform
An online platform for launching corporate accelerators and training programmes: application intake with moderation and scoring, learning tracks, role-based access control.
Context
GVA is an international innovation-development holding, named World #1 Private Business Accelerator by UBI Global. Running accelerators on manual processes and disconnected tools didn’t scale as programmes and participants multiplied.
Problem
A platform that could run multiple accelerator programmes simultaneously — application intake with pre-moderation and scoring, learning modules, and managed communication between teams and mentors.
Architecture
EDK (Education Kit) is a multi-tenant platform with strict role separation: moderators handle incoming applications, trackers monitor programme progress, coaches and super-coaches work with startups individually, and admins control the full configuration. Each accelerator is configured independently — its own module set, intake rules and learning tracks.
Integrations
GVA methodology; programmes launched on the platform include Severstal’s internal accelerator (SteelTech Lab), international-level StartUp Kazakhstan (with ICO track), and Uralkhim’s deep-research programme.
Results
Multiple accelerator programmes run in parallel without data conflicts; the application intake and scoring cycle is several times faster than the manual process. The platform is registered in the Russian software registry (entry no. 21096).

timeline
~6–8 months to first live launch; then per-programme customisations.
