CRM for Fresh Auto

A single operational CRM for a federal used-car player: company processes, a 29-role access model, telephony and automatic listing publication in one loop.

client: Fresh Auto

Context

Fresh Auto is a federal player in the used-car market: several dealerships across regions and thousands of cars in circulation.

Problem

Turn years of accumulated working templates into a single information system where the whole staff works at once — so the experience lives in processes, not in scattered spreadsheets and people’s heads.

Architecture

Company processes are modelled as state chains inside the system. The access model spans 29 user roles with scoped permissions: everyone works on their part of the process.

Integrations

IP telephony, external marketplaces for automatic listing publication and the corporate site are wired into a single loop.

Results

The entire staff works in one environment; listing publication and request handling are automated; telephony and the site are closed onto the CRM.
