Information service for LeasePlan
A conversational service (conlan) for an operational-leasing operator: it folded the company's key functions into one mobile interface and offloaded the call centre.
Context
LeasePlan does operational leasing: long-term car rental with registration, maintenance, insurance and 24/7 nationwide roadside support.
Problem
A service mirroring the main site and the company’s services, comfortable on any mobile device and taking load off the call centre.
Architecture
The solution is a conlan (conversational landing page): a dialogue interface with a simpler flow than classic chatbots, running on any phone.
Integrations
Reaching the nearest service point and LeasePlan support, calling a tow truck, road-situation guidance, buying additional services.
Results
The call centre is noticeably offloaded; users get advice and service actions right in the dialogue.
