How Carbonfay processes the personal data you submit through forms on carbonfay.ru: what we collect, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have.

This Policy explains how Carbonfay LLC (the “Operator”) processes the personal data of visitors to carbonfay.ru and what rights you have as a data subject. It is aligned with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

What we collect

Through the contact form on this site you may provide us with:

  • your name;
  • a contact (email or messenger);
  • the text of your message and any details you choose to include in it.

We do not request special categories of personal data (health, political views, religious beliefs, etc.) and ask that you not include them in your message.

The site also uses Yandex.Metrica, which collects de-identified data about visits (cookies, IP address, browser and device information, on-page actions) for statistics and to improve the site.

Why we process it

  • to respond to your enquiry and get in touch with you;
  • to discuss possible cooperation based on your request;
  • to maintain site usage statistics and improve the site.

The legal basis for processing the data from the form is your consent, which you give by ticking the relevant box before submitting the form. Processing of de-identified analytics data is based on our legitimate interest in keeping site statistics.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed by our contractors (for example, a web-analytics provider) solely on our instructions and within the purposes described above.

How we store and protect it

We keep the data no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing and apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration, and disclosure. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@carbonfay.ru — after that we will stop processing and delete your data unless we are required by law to retain it.

Your rights

With respect to your personal data, you have the right to:

  • obtain information about its processing;
  • request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or processed unlawfully;
  • withdraw your consent to processing.
