PromoKit is a platform on which FMCG brands launch receipt- and code-based promotions themselves, without commissioning development for each campaign. A participant uploads a receipt or enters a code, the system validates the purchase against the tax service in real time, awards a prize or admits them to a draw — while the marketer assembles the whole mechanic in a visual constructor.

Why a platform

A promo campaign is technologically harder than a landing page. Behind the polished page sit receipt validation, abuse protection, prize logic, mailings and feedback analytics. Building that per campaign is slow and expensive. PromoKit solves it with a ready engine of 14 modules assembled for the specific mechanic — without code.

Under the hood

Receipt and code mechanics for activating online and offline audiences, 30+ game mechanics, guaranteed and raffled prizes, triggered mailings, a manager’s dashboard for feedback, and partner-service integrations — from web analytics to cashback payout. Launch is possible in a chatbot, on a landing page, or on the client’s corporate site.

Results

Over 4 years — more than 540 launched promo sites and 300+ delivered projects, including 235 campaigns with complex mechanics. The platform is developed by the Carbonfay team as a product of OOO Bafsy.

Receipt & code validation via the tax service

The platform recognizes an uploaded receipt and checks it against the tax service (ФНС) in real time: it reads the line items, verifies them against campaign rules and the point of sale. Code mechanics validate promo codes with replay protection.

Gamification & engagement

30+ motivation mechanics: wheel of fortune, quizzes, match-3, arcade mini-games. The game layer lifts engagement and keeps the participant in contact with the brand.

Prize pool & draws

Guaranteed and raffled prizes: instant cashback to phone and card, certificates, AIUI tokens. Draws can be daily, weekly, monthly or grand-prize, with transparent issuance statistics.

ZERO-CODE constructor

A built-in engine of 14 modules assembled for the needed mechanic in a visual editor — no code. A promo goes live in hours, not weeks of development.

Email & SMS mailings

Triggered and service mailings to winners and participants over email and SMS, with provider integrations (Devino, Unisender) and audience segmentation.

Anti-fraud & security

Promo security levels: fighting prize-hunters, tax-ID validation, receipt-upload limits, IP blocking. Compliant with Russian personal-data law (152-ФЗ).
